I know the people here in Lake Charles has surely started calling me "The Old Man with the Camera" because it always seems to be in my hand when I'm out and about. Ive decided that there is way to much world to photograph it all but at least Im going to grab as much of it as I can. Again Thank You.

Thank you Jan. What is it about old barns? Ya know until I started getting "up in years" I never really noticed or payed attention to old buildings. Now, I look at them and think "I know how ya feel". Theres something about them that makes you think back about what you yourself have been through. Again thank you. I looked at your work and its very nice. Are the kids in the paintings yours or you like we are very proud grandparents?

Being from Central Texas, snow is not a "usual" in my winters. This was on our way to Salt Lake City last year. The reason for the picture is I love old barns and feed lots. There was one on the ranch I was raised on that looked very much like this one but of course minus the snow.

Very nice character to this image - I like the possible story element that could be attached to this photo.
