I found this old spring feed pond and it's grist mill on a back road in Central Louisiana. What a story it could tell if it could talk and actually it does because it's another one of those places where the best thing you can do is stop, sit, and listen.
As of June of 2023, my wife and I have decided to begin a new journey along our paths in life. We have decided to choose the road less taken, and have packed what we can into the back of our van and have left Texas, traveling deep into Mexico and are now are residing in the Pueblo known as La Floresta, Ajijic, in the state of Jalisco Mexico. The cultures, history and the people of Mexico are what brought us here. We are hoping to travel around Mexico learning and sharing the beauty of this country.
