Description
The Cattle Drives of the Late 1800 found thousands of cattle along the trails leading out of Texas on their way to the supper plates of the "Easterns" via the railways out of Kansas Stockyards.
The Cowboys who drove those herds were just as hardy a breed as the stubborn animals they pushed along the trail...
The tools they used were made of hemp, leather and metals many times handmade by the cowboys themselves....
Now most sit on a shelf of men who sit and dream of the trail drives and think of what it was like to have nothing but the moon and the stars above you on those long nights on the trail with the clang of the lead steer's bell as it grazed with the rest in some valley along the way...
