Artist's Description

It seems the higher the temperature and the thicker the humidity the more the dragonflys take to the air. They dart over the thickets along the bayous and skim its waters lightly touching and leaving a ripple for only a second. Their colors range from mellow yellows to vibrant purples and blues. The perfect way to spend a Sunday evening perched against a cypress trunk listening and watching the wonders of the Southwest Louisiana Marshlands.

About John Glass

John Glass

As of June of 2023, my wife and I have decided to begin a new journey along our paths in life. We have decided to choose the road less taken, and have packed what we can into the back of our van and have left Texas, traveling deep into Mexico and are now are residing in the Pueblo known as La Floresta, Ajijic, in the state of Jalisco Mexico. The cultures, history and the people of Mexico are what brought us here. We are hoping to travel around Mexico learning and sharing the beauty of this country. We hope you can travel with us via my photography, Comments are welcomed.
