Description
Red, White and Blue. It doesn't matter where, when or how it is displayed... It means Freedom for one and for all. Taken in Rapides Parish, LA
This quilting project I found and was so proud to asked if I could share their patriotism with the world in a small community senior citizen center in Spring Creek, Louisiana.
When I walked through the door and introduced myself I was immediately made a member of their group. From quiltmaking to putting jigsaw puzzels together these people quickly showed me what being an American is suppose to be like. Potluck lunch, and down home hospitality was served side by side.
The thirty minutes I enjoyed there has been one of the most enjoyable half hours I have ever had.
